Extremely functional, durable, and appealing to the eye, the Rutherford planter is a welcome addition to a street scape. Completely customizable, all we need to know what dimensions you need to suit the application and we will design and build to suit. Its built-in drain holes ensure plants are never over watered and heavy-duty optional castors could allow for moving it around if necessary. The gap between the bottom of the planter and the ground is intentional. In off season times this gap allows for equipment to easily move the planter to other locations or during winter months, get them out of the way for snow removal.
Maintenance of the planter is also a key component of the design by incorporating the lumber-in-channel design (without any fasteners). This means that component parts can be easily swapped or replaced.
